Remove the code again that uses deallog. There was a careful explanation of
what happens when we suppress deallog output, which was replaced by
unexplained use of deallog instead of std::cout, followed by a completely
useless use of push() and pop(). It is my belief that if we introduce new
features of the library, then we should do so in a context where this makes
sense, not gratuitously.

In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move.
