Revert the globs in ./source - This was a very bad idea

It is crucial to have a notion of call back into cmake if a new file
appears under ./source - otherwise, we are in trouble...

It is not that bad for the developer who made the change (just run cmake
before make) - but everybody else getting the changes via svn up (or
similar) has no way to know whether a run of cmake is necessary or not.
And we leave users with a build system in an invalid state

In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move.
